Our work, your use
Recipes, test data, photographs and text are ours unless credited. Link freely and quote a short extract with attribution and a link back. Full republication, scraping for AI training, mirror sites or hotlinking images need written permission from [email protected].
Prohibited
- Interfering with the site, its security or its rate limits.
- Republishing our tests and recipes as your own, or reselling them.
- Implying endorsement by us or our test kitchen.
- Posting spam, malware, harassment or unlawful content.
Comments and commercial relationships
Comments belong to their authors, who license us to display and moderate them; reader results are not verified claims. Affiliate links and sponsored tests are labelled, sponsors cannot buy a verdict, and we disclose gifted equipment.
Kitchen safety, no warranty, liability
Cooking with heat, pressure and sharp tools carries risk, and perishable food has hard limits. Follow tested times and internal temperatures, use a calibrated thermometer, cool and refrigerate promptly, and for pressure canning of low-acid foods use only a current published process for your altitude and jar size with a canner tested yearly. Allergen statements describe the products we bought; labels change, so verify them. If you are pregnant, immunocompromised or feeding infants, take qualified advice about raw, undercooked or unpasteurised food.
Content is provided as is, without warranties of any kind; stoves, ovens, pans and produce differ, so results may vary. Where the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fee you paid us or 100 EUR; nothing excludes liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
